GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You must quote your Gift Card number when making your appointment and present is on arrival at your appointment or the Gift Card will not be honored.
48 hour cancellation policy applies to all gift card appointments.
This gift card is not refundable and not redeemable for cash; it is valid for up to 36 months only from the date of purchase; prices are subject to change; it will not be replaced and will become void if lost, stolen, altered or defaced. 50% of the appointment treatment price will be deducted from the Gift Card for cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice and for expired Gift Cards. 100% of the appointment price will be deducted from the Gift Card for no-shows.
