What was the best and/or worst thing about your treatments or experience at CleanSkins? Best it has been life changing for me, I have found it has given me confidence! I don’t feel so embarrassed about me face. No more shaving for me! Bas, it did hurt a lot in places but worth the pain, and the girls are really good when you are in pain.
Do you think we could improve the treatments, service or clinic atmosphere? No its perfect. People are wonderful, caring, nice and give you every bit of advice needed. They answer every question you have.

What was the best and/or worst thing about your treatments or experience at CleanSkins? Staff are so lovely and professional. It says a lot about a treatment when I actually look forward to an eyebrow wax! I have never felt uncomfortable during any treatment and have been so impressed with the laser treatment results. The facial products I have brought have been fantastic and of great quality also.
Do you have any other comments, suggestions or feedback? Everything at Cleanskins has been great. I rarely give feedback, however its so important to feel comfortable and satisfied with treatments such as this, I thought I would share it.

I have PCOS and with that I have Hirsutism (excess body hair). Very embarrassing problem, which amazingly lots of people have. I used to cover my chin with my hand, hide in my collar and every weekend I used to get out the tweezers. My sisters never had this problem, why me?!! It started off as a stray hair or two then got worse and started travelling down my neck. Doctors prescribed pills, but hmm what were the side effects of those and did I have to take a pill forever?!! My sister suggested the depilatory creams; smelly and messy. I could have waxed, embarrassing and ouch!! I tried the Emjoy and electrolysis … they hurt dreadfully, and I hate pain. I just wanted it to go away, forever. Then the lasers started coming out. Yippee! But I live 5 hours from the nearest capital city, and would Adelaide or Melbourne even have any. My nephew once said to me “ouch Aunty ???????, your whiskers scratched me”, I was soo embarrassed! I came across a medical grade laser by accident while I was in Adelaide. Tried it, it was o, expensive, not painful, and wow I was hair free for months J. My next time I was in Adelaide I was going to go for a second treatment, when I saw an ad in the Sunday Mail for IPL, cheaper, so I went. The hair which had grown back from my first appointment at the first clinic, stayed around. I thought, nooo I wanted NO hair! I preferred the first clinic with the medical grade laser, due to the immediate results of having no hair which lasted for months. Maybe after a few visits I might have no hair, as you usually need 5-8 appointments? I tried a local clinic which had an IPL, that hurt and no immediate results. I then started doing some research in to IPL and lasers and found that there is actually a difference. One works and the other does not. I thought about what I was going to do and I decided to spend the money travelling to Adelaide to have treatment at the first clinic in Adelaide which had the medical grade laser and where I also had the immediate results. I had booked my appointment when I thought, hmm I wonder if I can find this machine on the Internet … I did, right close by in Warrnambool, way closer than Adelaide, so I was really happy. I have been coming here to see the lovely friendly staff for just over a year now. I’m virtually hair free and loving it!! I can go out in a bikini if I want too. Can hold my head high. Feel desirable to the opposite sex. And I have been to the Gold Coast on a holiday where I went to Wet n Wild and loved every second of it. No having to worry about hair in socially wrong places or having to shave, wax or use creams. I believe the money spent in having this treatment is well worth it, the prices are higher as the machines are expensive, the bonus is that, you only need so many sessions to have ever lasting results. My results are well above my expectations. The best thing was that after having other treatment that didn’t work cleanskins laser hair removal really worked for me. I found Veronica just fantastic she was friendly, very honest and given that I had to strip off she put me at ease and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I was surprised at the low level of discomfort I experienced, but I think I may have a high pain threshold! Never had to wait at my appointments & they were very quick. Veronica was always professional & thorough in informing me of each procedure, discussing results & my thoughts from the previous treatments. Always kept me informed of what was happening, and was honest and upfront – which I like. Mia out front was friendly, professional and polite. I was extremely happy with my results for underarms / bikini. I was amazed at the smoothness that has been acheived: no more red bumpy skin, quick regrowth or ingrown hairs. I have always been happy to recomend this treatment to friends to go in & see Veronica for a chat about what could be acheived for themselves. Best money ever spent! – KR

I had previous IPL in Geelong at #$*&%#. Basically zero results with a lot more pain!. And the staff were nowhere near as helpful as those at CleanSkins! The staff are fantastic and make it so easy.
CleanSkins is the best, I was so excited when I heard it was opening and it has gone above and beyond expectations. The staff will always go the extra mile to help you and with the treatments they are all so precise and they actually care, hence the fantastic results! The two best things that I experienced at CleanSkins was the professionalism of the staff (especially when treating ‘private’ areas) and the quality of the lasers. Before I discovered CleanSkins, I had been to other hair removal clinics, and they cannot compare to CleanSkins! Have you had hair removal treatments elsewhere with IPL or Laser? Yes – IPL Where? AND what results did you get from those treatments NOT at CleanSkins? I had treatments at #*^&!@# Clinics. The results were awful. My hair would grow back in zig zags within a few weeks, and I found that the staff glanced over ‘private areas’ and were not thorough in their treatment. KS
I love CleanSkins Laser Clinic! I’ve had 3 treatments and I’m basically hair free. Yep your right it hurts. But just as much as waxing and now I have no ingrown hairs to deal with. I recommend to go and see Veronica and the girls to everyone who is thinking about it. Even my sister who lives in Echuca. Even now that the laser is all but finished. I still go there to get my eyebrows waxed and even that is devine. You get a mini facial with it!! Laser hair removal is the best thing I have done. I started my treatments in Melbourne then finished them off with the same laser at CleanSkins in Warrnambool. It hurts but it is so worth it. I still have the odd hair their if you look really hard, but compared to what I had when I started it is amazing. Best money ever spent on myself I just wish I had done it way before 40! From my very first session I have been throughly impressed with the customer service, prices and results from the laser treatment. I had had prior treatments with IPL in Geelong at **@*%*& and had been very dissapointed with the results. The hair reduction with IPL was minimal, it was far more expensive and the area was not as thoroughly covered. In contrast I have seen wonderful results from the laser treatment and I no longer have to waste money on waxing and shaving products. Keep up the great work guys! Warrnambool needed a clinic like yours and you deserve to reap the benifits from the awesome services you provide! K.S.

The pain was the worst thing about the treatment, but in saying that, the pain did not last long at all. Each treatment was less and less painful even though the machine was dialled up higher each time. I was made to feel very comfortable during each session and believe I am getting value for money. I had 6 full sessions. The best thing about the treatments: hair gone and always happy staff. The worst thing about the treatment: I can’t get my eyebrows done. Also I am one of the few who sweat more on the underarms now. I have been able to fix that with the more expensive clinical protect deodorant. Best thing is no more shaving. my hair has almost disappeared very surprised how quick it takes to have a treatment. its a lot quicker than if you we’re getting a wax. The staff are always friendly and made it as less painful as possible. Do you think we could improve the treatments, service or clinic atmosphere? No. Didn’t have to wait at all and service was good. Staff always explain what they are doing. Appointment times are good also.

Were you happy with the results? my expectations were met because of the staff explaining fully prior to starting treatment of what could/ couldn’t be achieved, the variances that you could expect etc etc. What was the best and/or worst thing about you treatments or experience at CleanSkins? Worst thing – it did hurt a little more than expected, but the short time of pain is worth the results. Best thing – the complete honesty of the staff of what is achievable (ie, doesn’t work on blonde hair etc). I bet a lot of clinics are not as honest.
