THE COOLEST SUMMER ICED TEA RECIPES

As the long, hot summer days are fast approaching and your customers are looking for something to quench their thirst, why not think about adding refreshing iced teas to your beverage menus? Iced teas are a deliciously healthy and profitable addition to any menu, giving customers a more exciting option than just regular juices, soft drinks or sodas. Check out our suggested brewing method and recipes below!

HOW TO BREW ICED TEAS

All you really need is a jug, some water (preferably filtered) and whatever BBTC herbal tea you’d like to use. We recommend using boiling water to infuse the herbal tea so that you extract the active constituents of the herbs that have the therapeutic action. Then the infusion is cooled down. Follow the directions below-:
* Place 1 teaspoon of BBTC tea per 220 mls of boiling water into a teapot.
* Infuse for 5-7 minutes & strain into jug.
* Place into refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
* Serve with ice and a slice of lemon, fresh fruits, berries or fresh mint.
* Experiment with various fruits, veggies and herbs using them alone or in combination, to see which flavours you like best.
