Hi I’m Veronica the founder & director who created CleanSkins Laser Clinic in 2010. After identifying there was a need for true laser hair removal in the great southwest, I was trained and mentored by one of Melbourne’s original and best laser hair removal experts and have spent the last 14 years treating clients as well as growing the CleanSkins brand. Since 2010 CleanSkins has expanded with an amazing team of beauty and skin therapists who put results 1st and foremost to offer an ethical, holistic approach to all things skin and laser hair removal. I pride myself on creating a clinic where clean skin and beauty meets science, integrating health and wellbeing through topical and oral home care skin and beauty solutions complemented with a range of in clinic treatment modalities that are the best of their kind that money can. It takes a village to raise a team and that’s how we mentor and develop the team at CleanSkins. We employ a range of team members all with one thing in common and that is their passion for skin and ethical beauty. As long as we all start with that, its easy for us to give new team members the tools, training and knowledge for them to develop into experts in their field. My promise to new team members and our clients is that we will never offer every available treatment or every new fad! We will only offer products and treatment modalities that are thoroughly researched, proven and that will achieve long term results.

Meet Kayla. Kayla studied beauty in 2019 and since that time worked for herself providing a range of beauty treatments. She joined the CleanSkins team in 2022 and is offering waxing, tinting, henna, makeup, lash lifts, facial and LED treatments. She is currently back at school 2-3 days a week learning even more about the beauty and skin industry. She is dedicated to exceptional service and results for her clients and is nurturing a growing passion for helping clients with their skin. She is currently available for appointments Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Hi, I am Veronica, I am the owner of CleanSkins Laser Clinic. We are looking for future team members to enhance our team.

At CleanSkins you will be working alongside our team to create an experience for our clients that is second to none. We put results before profits which always gets the best results for our clients, our team and the business. We have a great team culture and bounce off and support each other beautifully. We have a healthy workplace environment and reward effort, skill and returns.

We have a zero-bullshit policy, we laugh a lot, but work hard. Our team ranges from early 20’s to 50’s and collectively have a variety of skills, personality and backgrounds that complement each other! We want someone that gets excited when a client with acne, rosacea or another skin condition walks in, because they know that they can change that client’s life by fixing their skin.

We’re looking for someone that gets excited when a client walks in, because you know that you can change that client’s life by getting rid of unwanted hair and fixing their skin. If you’re the right person for this role, we can help you with further training and tools to succeed.

  • As a CleanSkins laser therapist, your role is a specialist one and does not include performing beauty treatments such as waxing, nails etc. At CleanSkins, we’re made up of specialists in our industry
  • Perform comprehensive laser hair removal and laser skin consultations; analysing the skin to be able to design a laser hair removal treatment plan and with skin treatments write up a complete skin prescription of treatments and homecare for each client for meaningful and memorable results.
  • Provide personalised hair removal and skin laser treatments to CleanSkins clients with the objective of achieving results
  • You create an educational experience with every client because you know that without clients understanding what they need to do, both results and client retention are limited

  • Working with a team that values long-term solutions over quick fixes and clear, glowing skin over enhancement treatments. We’re a harmonious team who work hard, support each other and laugh….a lot
  • Product and treatment modalities that are considered the best money can buy, designed to achieve extraordinary results
  • Only work a maximum of 2 late nights (our version of late is 7pm so we value personal and family time)
  • Short Saturdays are a must (8:45am to 2pm) and where and when possible, a Saturday off here and there
  • Hours are guaranteed so you’re never sent home if ever the books are quiet
